Here I am, having a severe case of Mental Constipation.
Most medical students would have heard of this term. It is a common medical condition that happens when you haven't been reading or writing for a long time.
But i'm refusing to capitulate! So here is my first ever posting, and phew.... i ought to eat more fibres....
